As I Get Older......it occured to me that when you are going through "something",---- if you can feel better, you can do better. If you can do better then you can be better and get through whatever, with a healthy attitude and an uplifted spirit. I also realized that I am the only one who can help me to feel better. So I tell myself over and over the truth of my being........"I am a Child of the Most High God, Blessed and Highly Favored". "If God be for Me, who can be against me?". "No weapon formed against me shall prosper". "All things work together for good for them that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose.". "In all things we are more than conquerors through him that loves us."
I cannot say all that and remain low in spirit.......can you?
