Put Your Own Oxygen Mask on First

As  I Get Older............I realize that it is not selfish to take care of your self first.  As a matter of fact it is the kindest, most loving thing that you can do for the people you love.  That is why the instructions on the airplane say to put on your own oxygen mask first.  If you take care of yourself, you are more able to take care of your loved ones.  If you don't take care of yourself, they may have to end up taking care of you! 
Now that is selfish!!!

    In the famous words of "Terrie Williams", publicist. It's an expression she often uses at her speaking engagements, "put your mask on first."

    Makes sense to me...can't help nobody if you can't breath yourself.
